These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "You") and nasa4d ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the nasa4d website, mobile experience, and all associated services available at https://nasa4d.lat.
nasa4d is an online gaming and sports betting platform serving registered members across Malaysia, including Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, and Shah Alam. To register and maintain an active account on nasa4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
Age Verification. nasa4d reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed.
When registering an account on nasa4d, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on the Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, nasa4d reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any outstanding balances or bonuses.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any third party. nasa4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
nasa4d operates a comprehensive KYC (Know Your Customer) programme in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport), proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement), or proof of payment method ownership. Verification requests will be communicated via your registered email address or through the Platform's in-account messaging system.
By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own discretion and risk.
You must not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other electronic means to interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human use. Any attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's systems, games, or odds-setting mechanisms is a material breach of these Terms.
All financial transactions on the nasa4d Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). We support a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank.
All Account balances, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in MYR. nasa4d does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.
nasa4d offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms associated with each promotion, as well as the general bonus policies set out in this section.
All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., X10, X15, X20) will be stated clearly on each promotion page. For example, a MYR 100 bonus with a 15x rollover requires you to place a cumulative total of MYR 1,500 in qualifying bets before withdrawal.
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino and table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) typically contribute between 10% and 20%. The contribution rate for each game category is disclosed on the promotion terms page.
Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim window, or for which the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days depending on the promotion), will be automatically forfeited without compensation.
While a bonus is active in your Account, the maximum permitted stake per individual bet or game round is typically capped at MYR 250 to MYR 500, as specified per promotion. Placing bets above this cap while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nasa4d Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, potential termination, and forfeiture of all balances:
Fraud and AML. nasa4d co-operates fully with relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities. Where fraudulent or money laundering activity is identified or reasonably suspected, we are obligated to file reports with the appropriate authorities and may freeze account funds pending investigation.
All content on the nasa4d Platform — including but not limited to software, games, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and interface design — is the exclusive property of nasa4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of nasa4d.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nasa4d, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
Nothing in these Terms shall limit nasa4d's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
nasa4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a Member has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continuation of the account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the Platform.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination and remain in full force.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nasa4d is incorporated and licensed to operate. By using the Platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.
Where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction of residence confer rights that cannot be excluded by contract, those rights are unaffected by these Terms.
nasa4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Members via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms came into effect.
